No one can complain the weather. Nature has it's own ways. Anyway the crew should have experience enough to warn customers before leaving about the conditions. Then the customer has the decision whether hop on board, even if zero refund. We ended up soaking wet including clothes and gear in our bag and muscles aching when the captain was pushing... More

Bad. Weather was bad on the Sea and we headed out. The ship was moving a lot, the kids were afraid. Besides it was very cold, but no one told us when we made the reservation to take warm clods, as the Crew worn. So, we went out to with very bad weather, we ended up freezing, vomiting and no... This was a great value boat trip, of 23 euros each for a 3 hour trip with snack and drinks included. We were collected from our hotel by crew in a swanky car as well. The boat was beautiful, and with only 12 other trippers, felt spacious. The crew were knowledgeable and helpful. The absolute highlight was seeing dolphins and... More

The boat was quite small which for us was a positive. Very relaxed crew. We saw a family of whales and stayed on the location for about 30 mins. Crew served drinks and one of them seemed knowledgeable about the whales. All in all a good experience

We are just back from tenerife and wanted to share our poor experience. We booked 3h trip. This trip started with failure, pick up was 30 min late. Boat is quiet small and was packed... hardly any space to sit. Drinks and lunch are a joke, cheapest Argus lidl brand bear served twice... for lunch we were served sandwiches which... More

Booked three hour trip to see Wales. The boat left 15 mins late. We did see 3 pilot Wales and some distant tuna jumping. One male pilot wale came near to our boat which was good. But I hads to ask are they pilot Wales. Not much information given. Didn't stay long onto 25 mins for swimming and then return... More

We booked a 2 hour trip and rang because our navigation couldn't lead us the way. The man on the phone only spoke Spanish and eventually hang up on us, because we told him a street that didn't exist according to him. Meanwhile we were driving that same road. We called again to ask if the boat could wait for... More

Took the three hour trip and got too see Dolphins and Whales from right in front of the boat. A couple of free drinks included and a sandwich. Snorkelling was a disappointment, ten minutes by the boat and no fish given the noise. Cannot beat floating around in the sun however, just be aware of the spray at the front... More

Overall the trip was good. We got to see some amazing dolphins so close to the boat for a long time. There' was 49 people on the boat and it did feel a little bit too crowded but not up the front where we were, I would suggest getting there early to get a nice seat. The food wasn't great... More
