This is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. The rock formations and the high waves, the beach goes on for miles. The road to get there is a bit tricky and bumpy but it's definitely worth it! There's not really swimming...More

A wilderness that is still pretty much natural, no water, electricity, internet, etc. Huge waves on occasions the size of a house. Our visit a warm sunny quiet day. Waters are dangerous but beautiful.

Forget everthing and just be... Enjoy the place, either by walking the long beach, or just laying on the sand... Do not forget sun shelter, there is no tree there! And if you need some drink or food, there is a nice place just some...More

We didn't plan to visit, but saw a sign to it a pic of a beach and decided to follow the road/track. What a good decision. The journey took up the mountain along a narrow unpaved road, which peaked at a carpark/viewing area and offered...More

It’s an amazing beach with an amazing surrounding. It’s a bit difficult to get there as you need to drive through the mountains and the road is not that great as it’s a bit narrow, uneven and steep in some places with no real barriers...More

Beautiful beach off the beaten track but worth exploring. There is a dirt road for access but it’s worth the drive as long as you have a high car

I was told about this wonderful beach at Cofete and as a beach lover I just had to check it out. From Morro Jable there is a dirt road which leads to this beach; however, its some 18kms of narrow undulating track with steep sides...More

The beach is fantastic ! I warmly recommend walking all the way to the island (it will take you about 1:30), and then climbing on it. The view is fantastic with the waves exploding in the rocks and you will be able to observe a...More

Hello, You can rent a jeep, sure. Many people use their rented car to go there. But there is also a bus (more or less line bus) especially for this trip. Might be cheaper. We went there with our bicycles, which was tough... More

Hi Charlie, Its an unmade road - dirt track but its fine if you take it easy. There is a rocky but at the top of the pass but its only for a short distance. I took a hire car without damaging it :) have fun.
