although this is a landmark of Gylfada, it is not something exceptional.small and beautiful yes, but it is not necessary to include it in your visits to the city. It is also known for the express ceremonies. i know i was married there

This is a very good church in the city centre you will not miss it. You can walk in .It's well kept beautiful in side and out a pretty small waterfall type fountain here.There are benches to sit.

Awesome Greek Orthodox Church, one of the biggest in northern Athens. Near the beach of Glyfada and in town square.

The area of Glyfada has a good shopping centre but it also has this beautiful church which we felt was worth a visit.

The icons, wall frescos and stained glass are pretty amazing and a visit is a must. Definitely a place to visit in town.

This church is absolutely breathtaking. I am American but Greek Orthodox and seeing this made me speechless. This place is amazing In so many ways possible. The artwork is extraordinary!
