Great shopping, restaurants and bars! It is great for a weekend away! Eat breakfast at Snug, shop in the most amazing small shops around the square! Wine at Landon's winery and dinner at Ricks Chop House! Don't forget to order a Pear Martini!

I always visit this downtown of McKinney which is usually calm and quiet. You feel like visiting country side. Very neatly maintained and recommended for weekend evening visit to feel the family crowd.

We go to the downtown square of McKinney about twice a year with another couple. We love the family atmosphere, the shopping, the outside music and food, and just the overall feeling of the whole experience.

I went to McKinney with my cousin and aunt. Lots of fun walking the town and going through ships. It's a sweet little town. Very walkable and lots of parking.

We moved to McKinney in 1997. Back then the Collin County Courthouse Square was fun to explore. Since then, numerous businesses moved in and kind of taken away some of the charm. Nothing lasts forever, nothing stays the same. Still a nice place to spend...More

Always love going to the McKinney Square or taking friends & family there. Lots of cool shops & restaurants. Something for everyone. It's fun to just sit & watch people. My favorite places are the antique shops. Could spend hours there!!

the only one close would be the Grand Hotel at 114 Louisiana. I have not stayed there; please see the TripAdvisor reviews. But you're only a mile east of US Hwy 75, which has plenty of hotel variety. and downtown has plenty... More

As a previous shop owner I can tell you most all the retail stores close at 5pm but rarely turn away a shopper wanting in at 5:03 and will gladly stay late. So if you are looking to do some retail shopping I would plan on... More
