This is a stunning building. A big pat on the back to McKinney and Collin County for preserving it. The architecture and accents are wonderful, and in what was the courtroom is now a great performance center, with excellent site lines both in the orchestra...More

Went to see Willy Nelson and his son. They were great. Love how small it it. It gave a cozy feel and the performers were great.

Small building with intimate seating. No matter who you are watching, there is not a bad seat in the house. Former courthouse and government center is rich with character and history. Easy access, plenty of parking and surrounded with restaurants. An expanded bar would be...More

We had heard rave reviews of this place. I must say I was a bit disappointed. The building could definitely use an update and still retain its charm. Nice location and convenient to get too. Parking is not very good.

I attended a conference here and just loved the atmosphere. I felt like I was walking through the Andy Griffith show and era. In the old courtroom, you could almost feel that there had been trials there. Very nicely done, well kept and a visit...More

We are glad you stopped by and hope you visit us again. Did you know that the original judge's bench is still located underneath the stage? Or that the last trial in our Courtroom Theater took place in 1980? So much history in such a...More

I have rented space at the MPAC several times for workshops. The folks there are incredibly helpful -- from making the reservations to setting up the space. I particularly love to use The Gallery -- a rock-walled room down in the basement. Its history adds...More
