The Boardwalk is a very cute, clean little amusement park with rides, games, shops, and restaurants. It's nothing big, but it is a nice place for a short visit. My husband and I made a stop here when we went to Houston to visit family. We mainly just walk around and people watch and have dinner. it is a very... More

Tour boats also leave from the the Kemah boardwalk for those wanting to get on the water. Live bands play for free on the weekends. The Yachty gra is not... More

On a mid-November trip to the Webster/Clear Lake area (near Houston), we went to the "Kemah Boardwalk" for a late-lunch (after visiting the Johnson Space Center earlier in the day). The "Kemah Boardwalk" area is free to enter; you just pay for the rides individually (e.g. an old-fashioned wooden roller coaster amongst many other rides). There was plenty of parking... More

OK - This is a biased review. I live in Maryland, so when I think "Boardwalk" - I immediately think Ocean City, MD, or Atlantic City, NJ. Kemah Boardwalk is nothing like this. What you get at Kemah is pretty much a small county fair (rides and games), a couple of restaurants (mostly chains like Bubba Gump and Saltgrass), and... More

This is just average, with nothing extra ordinary. We had nothing to do for one afternoon, and a colleague suggested that we go there. There are some rides and a mini-train, but weathrer was so humid, that it did not turn out to be a good choice, It may be better if you go in winter

This was a great place for my entire family. We enjoyed the train, and the rides. My husband went with the older kids and I stayed with the younger kids. Plenty of fun for everyone for i can't believe we were there so long. We were there the day before Thanksgiving and it was great, not too many people and... More

I've been to the Boardwalk twice in the past four months, it's a great place to visit in weekends or if you are in town. And out of personal experience, don't try the Zipline it doesn't worth it. Roller coaster is highly recommended. There 4 or 5 restaurants that you can visit if you feel hungry, for I prefer to... More

Must see if you are in the area. Plenty of dining with a lot of choices. Ride the Beast while you are there. A good place for children and family outing.

I found this place charming. Quaint shops. Amusements for kids. Performers. And let's not forget the board walk by the water. This is great for families. I went with 2 of my girls at the office and we just walked and hung out and it was very peaceful and relaxing. With that said, I missed my husband. I think this... More

Had a great time here with my friend. Great reseraints to choose from and fun rides. A bit pricey but there are a lot of rides and shops which make it worth it. I would recommend the train ride, the observation tower and the flying swings. Shops are gorgeous. Heard good things about their boat rides in the bay but... More
