The staff are lovely and welcoming. The journey isn't too long, so the kids don't get bored but enjoy the ride and beautiful scenery. Well worth a visit.

Really enjoyed my visit here. As well as a ride on a narrow gauge train, visitors are treated to a guided tour of the workshop and carriage sheds, and an explanation of the history of the line. A real treat for railway enthusiasts,

Fantastic little line full of character, hopefully one day the line will be longer then 5 stars beckon. Superb views for such a short line with really interesting artefacts to look at.
