Took the boat out to test the waters to see if the fish were still biting, NOT even a nibble. Nonetheless an enjoyable time seeing the two eagles 🦅 fly over and perch in the pine tree. Lots of ducks 🦆 on the water and...More

They allowed us to drive through the park. It is very beautiful. They have a little bit to offer for all outdoor adventurers. Canoes, camping, fishing, cabins and more. I would love to stay at this beautiful place.

This is a very nice park but several of the camp sites lack much flat ground. We enjoyed the trails, everything is kept clean, and the park rangers were helpful with information about the surrounding area.

My son and I went camping here for the weekend. Perfect weather, but the campsites are on top of each other and it was crowded. My neighbors alarm woke me up Sunday morning. The park and campsite was clean. Park ranger shut down the rowdy/loud...More

Especially do not leave your children unattended. Check with park rangers as well. I personally saw Aligator in the lake. The park is not the most beautiful. The playground, some picnic benches and toilets need renovation

We hiked the open trails, nice lake for fishing and swimming. The grocery/gift shop is close Tuesdays and Wednesdays so plan accordingly. You can rent kayaks or canoes (if the grocery shop is open), lots of picnic tables and camping spaces.

Never trust beasts, no matter where they are. Ask the park ranger's supervisor how many accidents they have per year.
