It was hot so the shade of the trees was gratefully accepted. We had no particular plans, so thought we would enjoy the woods and the creek. We saw a turtle, some pretty butterflies, squirrels and very tiny snake.

The walking/biking trail here is exceptional, and the hiking trails through the wooded areas are a great place to get a glimpse of local wildlife and vegetation while enjoying the peace and quiet, and still be so close to town.
