The mosaics at the park are beautiful, creative, and intriguing. Worth a visit if you’re in the area, expect to spend up to an hour there if you want to take in all the detail.

Don’t miss this hidden gem near the University of Houston. It’s amazing!!! Filled with creativity and interesting works by many different local artisans. It’s free and well worth a leisurely stroll on a beautiful day. None of my pictures do it justice.

You could spend an afternoon here studying all the shapes and recycled stuff making the art. It is a work in progress so you can even watch the artists working on their projects. Whimsical and fun!

It's a perfect place to visit. Interesting and stimulating. The acoustics of the stage are awesome...especially when you find the echo spot. Enjoy the outdoors and art at zero cost. Easily a place to enjoy a stop anytime we're in the vicinity.

This place is made out of different pieces of things that you can find at home! But the figures and the story it tells is amazing , I really enjoyed visiting this place, you won’t take long but is quite interesting.

Houston has done a much better job in recent years at making more public spaces. Smither Park is full of whimsical, up-cycled art and I LOVED it. It's not big, but you can definitely get lost in the abundance of colorful details. Great for kids,...More
