We had a wonderful morning exploring the cave with a teenager and a nine-year-old. Very informative our God was fantastic. As for JJ he's really funny. You won't go wrong. My only complaint was the animals outside either hooves trimmed desperately. Told them so so hopefully it will get done.

I had been to this attraction several times before. This time got to take the grandkids and they loved it.

My 80+ year old Dad and I enjoyed the sights, but be forewarned that the walking can be a challenge for old knees. Learned a bit about prehistoric Texas, saw amazing underground creations, a few bats, and enjoyed the outing. The outdoor space was great for energetic kids to be kids while waiting for the tour to begin, with a... More

We did gem mining outside waiting for our turn (1.5 hrs wait due to large school groups), picnic lunch (bring your own because food options are very limited, snacks only but plenty of picnic tables), playground for kids and some shopping. Cave is wet and still growing, well lit and not slippery. Easy to walk even for my 3 yr... More

This was so much fun for our family. We had JJ as a tour guide and he answered questions from everyone in the group and was patient with each of us as we lagged behind taking pictures and talked about what we were seeing. We will definitely be going back to do another tour that we can crawl through the... More

My ten year old grandson loved it. Not recommended if you have bad knees or balance issues. Steep and slippery in some parts. Fascinating.

We had fun visiting the caverns while on spring break. There were several school trips so we had to wait about an hour. Perfect amount of time to visit the nearby outlets. It was a fun tour and very informative. Lots of walking up and down semi steep hills. Not good for someone who can't walk 1 mile. There was... More

It's pretty, it's interesting, it's also short. Our tour guide was great, she was energetic, informative, and very friendly. Honestly, I really wish that either they took a less amount of people on a tour OR an extra tour guide. There was a group of young kids (high school maybe) that kept touching everything as if it's just one big... More

I was skeptical about the $25/adult tour but was totally worth it. Its slow paced and not terribly strenuous but closed toe shoes are required. Great for adults and children.

The tour was neat, but the tour guide she was probably the best thing she was a delightful spirit to have as a guide
