Thi is a very nice placec and full of interesting things. I have ctually been through twice. Each time I found something I had not seen or maybe remembered before. I went with a group each tme. Very interesting!

We took the normal tour and the flash light tour. With both tours you get to see the the house from the basement to the attic of the family house and the carriage house top to bottom.

Were I rich, I would buy it. Pocket doors. Beautiful details. Impressive staircase. If you love history, antiques, old stately homes, do not overlook Thistle Hill. It has an interesting history. Ask questions. The volunteers are usually very knowledgeable. Enjoy.

If you enjoy fine, old home, this place will be for you. It is beautiful and well preserved. You will enjoy going during the holidays. The history of this home is very interesting. I have visited several times and enjoy each trip.
