We stumbled on this course---not really listed in many things to do "around Dallas" turns out that we liked it much better than the highly touted Bear Creek near the Dallas airport. It was in much better condition. We joined the free Arcis reward club and got a really good senior rate (apparently there is even better rate if you... More

We played after 2pm during July so it was HOT but well worth it. The green's fee was very inexpensive especially for a very well maintained Arnold Palmer course. A couple of our guys traveled with their clubs but I rented a set. They were brand new Taylor Mades for $30 so I made the right choice. The greens had... More

Have played a lot of courses and have never played one that is in better shape than fc. They cut the fairways a bit short but still smooth. Greens are smooth and true BUT challenging as all get out. Will definitely test your green reading and putting skills. Most of the holes are picture perfect right out of a magazine.... More

Arnold Palmer design... I found it to be very challenging.. The greens some are two and three layers making them very tough.. I am not a pro at all but still had a wonderful time... very nice clubhouse with good food too... If your in Ft. Worth play it...

Beautiful course, challenging but not too difficult. Beginners to experienced golfers will like this place. Really good lunch in the restaurant. It is a little expensive to play here though, but what upscale course isn't.

Since moving to the area 7 years ago I have found this course to be the best! The layout is nicely spread out, very challenging and beautifully maintained. I have never had a problem with the staff and they have all been very friendly. The course restrooms are located at a small snack bar accessible from both the 7th &... More

Great course, nice snack shack and the refreshment cart came around frequently. I usually play this course when visiting the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We were very disappointed with management when we arrived at the club house to check in and discovered the advertised price of $45/person had increased to $65 plus tax. This seemed to have caught even the locals... More

I go here from time to time to enjoy a nice round, with a fair challenge. The course is in pretty good shape, and nice golf carts that have gps. Nice layout, with lots of elevation changes. Only negative is the staff. They generally don't seem to excited to see you and are almost inconvenienced by the fact you are.... More

If you watch a promo video on the website, you see Arnold Palmer saying that this was one of his favorite courses that he designed and I agree. Even though the course wanders through housing, it doesn't seem like a housing development golf course - the set back is substantial enough and there is plenty of holes with no development... More

I lived near it long before I played golf. Now, it is a 50+ mile drive so it is on the edge of wher I want to drive for golf. I finally played it a few months back, and will look for other opportunities to play if I am nearby. The course is fairly wide open, and has some beautiful... More
