We are so lucky to have this world-class zoo in our town. It is so well laid-out, maintained, and presented. My favorite stop is always the primates area (inside and outside), but the lions are a close second, especially when there are new lion cubs!

WE loved this place! Despite all the construction, all the animals were out. some were napping, some were eating and some were playing. It was spectacular. Make sure you go into the bird section and feed the birds on a stick. It was worth the...More

Fun for kids! Parking is a nightmare. Food is not the best. Get there EARLY! You can bring water bottles. Lots to see!

For a large city zoo it is well kept and planted so there is shade throughout its length. The variety of animals is immense and all pens are made to specific to the animals needs.

Last trip I made here was in the late 80s. The MOLA was my favorite stop. The whole zoo is landscaped wonderfully. We stopped at every exhibit. The cheapest snack is the sno cone stand. I had a backpack with some drinks and snacks.
