The FW Symphony

We have been season tickets holders now for 7 years and would not miss the performances for the world. Even if you cannot make a performance they make a great last minute gift.

The title of the review is a bit misleading. It implies that I go to the Performing Arts Center regardless of which artist or artists are performing. Always excellent concerts at Bass Hall, both symphonic and popular. It was unfortunate the first half of the season was cancelled however we are pleased that the dispute was settled.

We have enjoyed the Bass Performance Hall since it opened in 1998. Located in a very historic section of downtown Ft. Worth, the Hall design is based on classic European opera houses. The acoustics are superb, the architecture breathtaking to include almost 50 foot tall carved angels to the classically painted 80 foot dome ceiling. The environment is totally controlled... More

The building itself is worth seeing. The acoustics are superb for any kind of performance and from ant seat in the house.
