What a cool big giant head statue, but that's about all it is. Not much else to see/do, but it's pretty impressive, and you can see the bust from the highway. You can't miss it! It's a veterans memorial, but it seemed more like an...More

When I visited, there was a ceremony honoring veterans. It was a very moving ceremony; I was especially interested because my Dad is one of the veterans who has a stone paver with his name and service information.

I went to admire the bust and revisit the bricks we bought for our military family members. The bust welcomes all who drive north on Hwy 75. It is a great entrance to a forward moving community.

Can been seen from the highway but worth taking the access road & drive up to it. There are 5 flags flying representing each branch of the military. Also behind the monument is a Pioneer Village you can tour.

It took a few different tries using GPS to get to it, my car and phone, but eventually I found it using Loy Lake Park's address as it's right there at the entrance. Directly behind it is Frontier Village, which I found out too late...More

Good location, clearly visible to anyone traveling on US 75. The reason I only gave it a 4-star rating is that it looks puny after seeing the statue monument of Sam Houston in Huntsville, Texas on I-45 between Dallas and Houston. I just think that...More

Didn't know this was here, saw it because we noticed it on a trip. Having just finished listening to "Killing Patton", we did appreciate this tribute to not only Eisenhower, but to all of our veterans
