I love small quirky museums and this one is a gem. There's lots more fun stuff to see besides the vast 8 track collection. Founder and GM Bucks Burnett is someone special, with a myriad of interesting music related stories. Meeting him is worth the trip alone! (Also the Deep Ellum area is great for eating and/or live music.)

Nice little area of Dallas not far from downtown. Good restaurants in the area and some interesting shops. The museum is really just part of a local community center. Some interesting items if you remember what an 8 track is, how about quadrophonic?
