Great place for a show!
Dec 2019
We just saw Cody Jinks and friends here on Friday. The venue is small, which makes for an intimate show, which I liked. They had it set up really well for this acoustic show. There were couches up front in a private area, folding chairs in the middle, and bistro tables set up along the right and left sides. GA was standing room only and went all along the outside of the seated ticket holders.

Security was good. They checked our tickets going into the seated area and again after we returned from a bathroom break. They escorted us to our seats and kept GA out of the ticketed area.

Bathrooms were clean and had an attendant.

We got there about an hour before the show started and walked right in, no line. Staff was friendly and polite. We took a Lyft in, so I can't comment on parking.

Overall, it was a nice little venue and I hope to go back soon for another show.

Poor management of available parking
Nov 2019
The venue has limited parking close by ( behind the building ) which is exacerbated by a poorly trained parking attendant. His cones blocked the entrance yet we could see plenty of available spots as we drove around not once, not twice..There is a map of all parking lots at their website, but that's impossible to refer while driving on those busy streets. Pedestrians cross anywhere they want - so eyes on the road. Meters close by are max'd out at four hours and require payment until midnight. Overall, a congested area to avoid unless the artist/band you want to see on on your bucket list.

Come early, stay late!
Nov 2018 • Couples
Came here to see Galantis for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint! Venue is a good size. Make sure you line up early if you want a good spot. We we're in line before the doors even opened and were able to get just a few people in front of us. Don't expect to leave to get a drink unless you have people holding your space. Even if they do hold your space, it was packed really tight and hard to get back to my group even though I'm pretty tall and see over most people. Would definitely go back for another concert!

Review based on own personal information.
Band was Killer Queen and was great, very good Show and very professional crew,
Place was clean and people very nice and kept to themselves. No crazy’s. Maybe because most everyone were over 40years old and very mature but not boring. Including myself. Very good view from any corner, but of course better then good being closer in the balcony or first row . Good luck with parking in the area .
I will go back here again .

Not great for concerts
Apr 2019 • Friends
The staff and bartenders are all excellent. Customer service is great. It’s the venue that’s the issue. Poor acoustics. It’s not set up to be a music venue. Sounds like exactly what it is. A band playing in a big metal box. We typically go for the balcony seats. Floor is GA standing room only usually. When they add seats to the floor, they are much too close side to side, and the rows are way too close together. It makes walking down a row a challenge when people are in their seats. Much better places in town to see a show.

Not Worth Spending Money To See A Concert Here
Feb 2019 • Couples
We recently saw (more like attempted to see) RKS at The Bomb Factory and ended up leaving before the concert was over because The Bomb Factory is not designed to be a good concert space. It's standing room only and it's completely flat so if you don't show up super early you won't be able to see the performers at all. We got there 10 minutes before the opener was scheduled to start and had to wait in a line outside that was 3 blocks long and missed the opener entirely. Then, we got inside and it was way overcrowded, the line for the bathroom took 30 minutes to stand in. It was insane. I had a friend who just saw Kacey M there and had the exact same experience. Never going to a concert there again.

Suites to die for

Had a wonderful experience with the suite and staff during a night of music and fun. Great venue. One of the last where no spot is a bad spot.

Great place to watch the Super Bowl!
Feb 2019 • Friends
Watched the Super Bowl here! Free admission! Huge screen to see the game!plenty of seating and tables. Free raffles during the quarters. The only thing I would have suggested for that day would have been a better selection of game day snacks. What they had there was good, but limited! Overall, a good experience and a cool venue, in an old munitions factory!

Asian Night Festival
Jan 2019 • Family
The Night Market was a lot of fun. 14 different food vendors, all with very helpful and interesting staff, the bar was good and the setting was excellent.

The Factory is a Very good site for concerts and events, including a food fair! They have a very good sound system, good lighting, great staff who are friendly and helpful, extensive bar and huge capacity. In addition to the open main floor (standing room only) there is the balcony with benches and chairs which provides an excellent view of the stage. There is a small elevator, which is accessible only with help of a staff member. (The staff are very happy to assist and quick to accommodate.)

The bathrooms are clean, however not quite 'there' for accessibility. There were 2 handicap stalls ... one could not accommodate a wheelchair, in the other, while large enough space wise, the commode was too low to be considered except in an emergency and the lid was broken, making it useless anyway.

The biggest barrier to the site being accessible however, is the state of disrepair of the Deep Ellum sidewalks. They are cracked and uneven, and even the curb cutouts for wheelchairs are hazardous. That's unfortunately true of sidewalks throughout Dallas.
