What a wonderful opportunity to learn more about President George H.W. Bush and Mrs. Bush. The museum is amazing and shows a man and a woman of such character and compassion. We could only stay a couple of hours but could have spent an entire afternoon or more. Fascinating displays from birth until today. If you're anywhere nearby it's not... More

The presidential libraries generally do not disappoint and this one is no exception. It is a great experience to learn about the person behind the presidency and this library definitely offers this. As an aside, there are surprisingly few places to eat in College Station.

Having visited almost all the presidential museums, my husband and I were eager to visit the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. We weren't disappointed. The facility is a wonderful collection of artifacts that capture in a poignant, understated manner the life of a naval officer, successful businessman, statesman, and family man who has dedicated his life to serving others.... Really well done museum. I recommend watching the introductory movie. It was extremely interesting. The exhibits are well done. I particularly enjoyed seeing the gifts he received as president. Plan time to walk the grounds, as they are beautiful. Great value for 9 dollars. Even the gift shop had fun affordable gifts. Overall a good experience.

We're here on vacation from California and were able to teach our daughter something without here realizing she was. It's something really enjoyable to... More

This is a great stop. The museum makes it entertaining for kids. Parents can remember the history and explain things to their children. There is plenty of items to keep you busy.

Enjoyed our visit to the Presidential Library. Enjoyed learning about the people in the Bush family, not just the political side. Learned a lot about the year leading up to George H. Bush being Vice President and then President.

We had the opportunity Jan 2017, to visit the George Bush Library and Museum. We were in the company of family from Houston. The museum was very interesting with the details of the life , to date, of President Bush. We are old enough to remember President Bush so this was of interest to us. The high lite for us... More

Presidential library located on the campus of Texas A&M University. Very reasonable admission fee. Started with a short film clip of his life and presidency. Then you are given a self-guided tour map and audio. (Recommend they upgrade the audio to include headphones so you're not listening to everyone else's as you tour the museum. Did not notice a cafe... More

Wonderful museum to visit with family while in town. Beautiful displays, well, organized sections, well maintained displays. They offer a Millie the dog activity for children who tour the museum, my kids really enjoyed it. I would recommend a visit while close by. Very nice staff.
