Took the grandkids on the North Pole Flyer for an afternoon train ride. I would suggest reserving the private room if possible because the kids can get up and walk around. The scenery is nice during the day and at night I would assume you...More

Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words about the Hill Country Flyer- our most popular ride! We also appreciate the constructive feedback about the equipment. I know our Foreman is already working hard on that issue. Thank you again. - Zena V

What a great trip! From Santa and Mrs.Clause to the singing the Christmas Carol’s, the story guy, to the balloon blowers. What a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and gracious! Beautiful scenery, nice ride!!! Don’t miss this!!!

Hi Hot Toddy! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience on the North Pole Flyer! We are thrilled you were happy with all the entertainment, and look forward to seeing you on the train in 2018! Best, Zena

Very disappointed! The Christmas caroler did not know the words to the songs. The car behind us had no AC. This was not magical by any means. We felt $40 per ticket, the ride could have been much better.

Worth every penny! Super friendly volunteers! We're already booking for next year . The crew was great at answering all the questions. Complimentary drinks and danishes. We stopped and ate at the Trail Blazer grill ! Amazing food

This really isn't quite what I was hoping, but I'm still happy I took the train to Burnet. This train leaves Cedar Park and arrives in Burnet about 1.75 hours later. There really isn't any scenery to look at on the way, which was kind...More

Hello! Thank you for the feedback! We want to make sure we learn about our passenger experiences- and continue to do better. Our Car Attendants normally pass out our Welcome Aboard brochure and point out sights along the way. Did that happen on your car?...More

We did the Octoberfest themed evening trip, and it was fun! It was an evening trip started when there was still some light so you could see scenery on the way out of town, and then got dark. Not a big deal though because the...More

Absolutely, the best time is during the day! This is because there is something to see as you travel the countryside and it makes it much more interesting when you can see the surrounding communities.
