We stopped on our way from Fayetteville to Lexington. The property was nice but the staff didn't even acknowledge us once we entered.

The "big boy" in Lynchburg is a great trip, but this more modest operation only 30 minutes away feels more "handmade", and the end result is, to my taste, superior. Cascade Hollow is beautiful and Alex, our guide, is a long-timer at the distillery and...More

Mike led our tour, just my wife and I. What a great experience, informal, just like chatting with an old friend. A must see when you're in the area. Oh, and the samples were very good too 😉

Off the beaten path for non-locals, however, this is worth the trip! The property was very pretty and the tour was informative about our TN whiskey. :)

This was a fun tour.... there were only 3 people on the tour so you had a lot of 1 on 1. Very informative.

As a long time consumer of George, I have had a visit to Cascade Hollow on my schedule and I finally made it. George Dickel Distillery is a much smaller operation than that of big brother Jack Daniels, but it is a don't miss destination...More
