Great time had by all! I loved the body surfing and the rooms were really nice. We had plenty to do and didn't have time for everything

We spent MLK weekend at this location. The waterpark and game room were fun for our kids (6 and 3). If you go on a weekend where they are having any type of events (with youths) bring a noisemaker for the room. We asked to be located away from these groups, but were not accommodated. Had to call both nights... More

Luxurious rooms, terrific indoor water park, giant arcade, climbing park and great food selections. Loved every minute of our stay here!

My grand children loved the Wilderness. Staff was very nice and professional. Accommodations were outstanding, clean, loved the rustic decor. Check In and Check Out were quick and easy. Our room had no coffee pot, but as soon as I asked, one was at our door brought by Jay, a friendly staff member. Thank you--We will be back!

This was the best location for a family vacation. We went during the snow storm and had the best of both worlds, snow and indoor water park!! It was GREAT! Played with the grandchildren ages 11, 10 and 2 1/2. Something for everyone, including parents. Great arcade area, climbing, tide pool and seperate toddler area, so no worries.

My family (2 young kids), my parents, and my brother and his family (4 young kids) stayed here for two nights immediately after Christmas. We had previously stayed at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, OH, two years previous, so this was our second in-door water park trip. Check-in was smooth and they text you when your room is ready. Rooms:... We came during Christmas break and the inside the Waterpark there isn't much to do. They have 4 waterslides with 1 being thrill. I love outdoor hot tubs however this was marred by kids acting like it was a pool. The rooms have a nice rustic touch and my 10 year old enjoyed herself immensely. Food prices are a bit... More

Epic New Year's FAIL! If I could give negative stars I would. Checked in a few days before New Year's and things were OK. New Year's Eve, magically, prices doubled. Exact same buffet we had gone to the last two days is now $40 instead of $20. When we asked the food and beverage manager about it, Jeffrey was extremely... More

After we paid $$$$, staying at Wyndham on site, we were denied New Year's Eve! Really?? !!!!! Really!! My son & family so disappointed! Ruined our plans that we paid for months in advance. Poor management, poor communication to guests. I saw lady laid out on floor in eating area life guards around-she was wheeled out on stretcher. 200 people... More

We try to take a trip every year for Christmas. This year we decided to go to Wilderness at the Smokies. My issue with this resort in the past has been the changing rooms by the pool. They were just one huge room, and one huge shower. If you wanted to change without everyone looking at you, you had to... More
