We had a group of nine. We scheduled our appointment and when we arrived, they were very helpful selecting our scene. The person helping us get dressed took her time to make sure we we were comfortable in our clothes and we were happy with the outcome of our outfits. They made sure we matched up with our spouses by checking with both dressing rooms. They took their time with each person and we had a special needs child with us and they were wonderful with her. The pictures came out great. They took groups, couples, family and individual pictures. They made us feel comfortable, joked around with us which in turn we got great natural pictures. The staff of Kayla, Monica, Ariel and Matt made the time go quickly even though we were there for 3 hours. Keep in mind, and depending on the size of your group, that when you walk in the door, get dressed, get photos and look at your pictures (thanks Ron), you need to allow time to do this. Some places are quick with one background and a couple of pictures. Four Sisters Old Time Photo has many sets, plenty of outfits and they take their time with you and it was a great experience.

We had a group of 15 people including kids ranging from 9-16. It was no easy task to do such a large group with 3 different families, but Kayla did an excellent job! It was probably the most memorable thing we did during our stay in Pigeon Forge. Ron was extremely helpful during our checkout process and viewing our photos too! We all were starving and he got it completed quickly. The girl at the register, (sorry, I don't know her name) even suggested where to have dinner, called to check the wait time, then went to the restaurants website to put our name down for the wait time! Talk about customer service! Very impressed!

My husband and I went in for a photo shoot during our trip to Pigeon Forge. We had been wanting to do the old time photos for a while and Four Sisters did not disappoint! We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and quickly signed in. Great care was taken to ensure social distancing guidelines were adhered to and that everything was properly sanitized. We had a very short wait with only one group ahead of us. The young lady who assisted us in picking our costumes and accessories was so friendly and helpful, I wish I had gotten her name! Our photographer Peter was amazing, he made both of us feel at ease and took some fantastic shots! Matt assisted us with viewing and purchasing our pictures and was great about explaining the packages and pricing. He also gave us helpful hints for editing and framing our photos. Thank you all so much for an all-around excellent experience, we couldn't be more pleased with the level of service we received! We will definitely be back on our next trip!
