I went in during my hop on hop off tour of the day. I strolled inside the campus and it feels so good to be in the academic environment.

Went for an early morning run in the area of Vanderbilt University. Our hotel was on the edge of the campus, so it was easy. The campus easily rolls into that of another private university. The campus is beautiful, full of hills, and on this...More

So close to downtown yet when you walk the campus it feels like you are in a world all its own. I must admit that I am somewhat biased since my daughter went here some years ago and loved the experience. As a dad who's...More

We went to watch our grandson compete in a track Meet. Parking is a problem. We were at the recreation center and parking for the Meet was very hard to find. We had to walk quite a distance. This is a first class facility.

The whole area around Vanderbilt is so attractive, and the campus itself is full of tasteful and historic buildings surrounded by pretty landscaping.

Worth a stop to just walk around and look at the campus. It is right in the middle of town. Medical facialites on campus. Parking can be an issue.

I have been to a meeting in a classroom building, a few basketball games and a football game. I want to go to a baseball game too. The campus itself is decent. To be close to a downtown area, it does have plenty of trees...More

Vanderbilt was gorgeous. We didn't get to stop and walk but we drove by/through several times and even from the road you can tell it's gorgeous. Their Children's hospital is amazing as far as care and staff. Incredible.

This campus, virtually in the middle of Nashville, is stunningly beautiful from the thousands of trees to the preserved traditional architecture. Friendly students make visiting the campus all the better. You can spend a day here just exploring.

Stayed right across the street from this university, so we took the opportunity to walk around the campus a little bit. Also have a nephew that might be interested in attending here.
