I each Ancient Greece

I've been to the real Parthenon in Greece. This is an amazing replica of that ancient temple. It's only $6 to enter.

If you'll never go to Greece and you are already in the Centennial Park, this is your opportunity for a very small admission to see Athena and feel a bit of Antiquity. Besides, the same admission ticket will let you see some American art of which The Hilltop by Charles Courtney Curran is worth the price of admission.,

Contained in the exact replica of the Parthenon in Centenial Park, this statue is the crown jewel of my Nashville visit. Standing near 40 ft high and featured in the movie Percy Jackson, this recreation of the original is AMAZING! The detail and skilled craftsmenship that went into it is awesome. Well worth a visit and a welcome break from... More

Beautiful Statue inside Parthenon.Copied from Wiki "Nashville's Athena stands 41 ft 10 in (502 inches (12.8 m)) tall, making her the largest piece of indoor sculpture in the Western World. It stood in Nashville's Parthenon as a plain, white statue for twelve years. In 2002, Parthenon volunteers gilded Athena under the supervision of master gilder Lou Reed. The gilding project... More

I have been here several times over the course of the years. My daughter and I visited, she had not seen the statue because the doors were closing just as we arrived on our last visit. She love the museum! I advise watching Percy Jackson and the Lightening Thief before you go......not completely necessary, but it will add to the... More

Huge piece of art and artisan work. Something like 8 pounds of gold the cover Athena. The painted sword she hold and the snake she protecting are also very neat.
