Wasn't sure how this stop was going to be received- but they really enjoyed this stop. The overwhelming size of the Parthenon shocks and wakes them up. Then these is enough description of the Greek mythology that my history buff son really enjoyed it. So a win win for us. Highly recommend this stop

The Parthenon is a very cool place to visit if you are in Nashville. It's $6 for the tour, but has very cool art.

The Parthenon is a must see in Nashville. This is a historic landmark situated in the middle of a beautiful park. You could easily spend a day browsing through the many rooms in the Parthenon, strolling through the parks gardens an around the lake, then enjoying one of the nearby restaurants.

Must see on a nice day! This place has a museum, a huge Athena (goddess of wisdom, craft, and war in ancient Greek religion and mythology), bathrooms, water fountain and is only $6. Nice to spend 1/2-45 mins checking out the art and a display on the history of it.

The Parthenon was great. I was not expecting the full scale Athena! Breathtaking! Don't expect anything else, it's really just the building and Athena but it's AMAZING! Especially for someone who loves Greek mythology. It's cheap enough and the area was beautiful. Minutes from Broadway.

The Parthenon is set in the middle of the beautiful Centennial Park, which is a great place for a walk on a nice day. If you don't want to spend any money, you can enjoy the park and outside of the Parthenon. For a small entrance fee, visit the museum inside. The museum includes photos of the Parthenon and surrounding... More

I have seen the outside of the Parthenon for years but never had an opportunity to go inside. I am glad I finally did. The ground floor had a really lovely museum with a variety of exhibits. The art collection, photo exhibits of The acropolis and the centennial fair were all interesting and nicely curated. Then the upstairs space with... More

Preserved from the World's Fair in 1897, The Parthenon is a great place is see in Centennial Park. Only a 10 minute drive from the downtown area, it's a good spot to get away from the bars and music for just a bit and breath in the nice southern air while learning about the World's Fair. Walk around the structure,... More
