Went for lunch on sat 13/5/17. This is the mothers day weekend & management knows it will be busy. 18 people in line to order a meal/snack with only ONE register open. what a joke ! this is not customer service. Everything is overpriced they could employ more staff. Needless to say didn't buy any chocolates.

In a few words, absolutely delicious. We had hot drinks followed by fresh ice creams [for lunch] naughty I know, but so tempting, and were not disappointed 😊Great to browse all the goodies for sale as well.

A wonderful visit. Chocolate heaven. Lots of chocolate on display for sale, and lots of chocolate to taste! It was very busy when we visited, and I would imagine it would depend on how many coach trips are visiting at the time.

I was just expecting a usual chocolate factory! How wrong I was! They cover so many different facets and tastes, wow! There IS something for everyone, as well as a viewing wall of creating their works, a cafe, icecream, and interactive sessions! (At times) Can't drink pinot all the time, a must visit!

Visited this chocolaterie for the second time last weekend. It is in the most stunning location in the yarra valley. The views from the front garden are amazing. I am sure many people stop for the views alone. A wedding party was crossing the road to go there when we drove up. The place itself is great. As you walk... More

It's a relaxing chocolate factory. There is an open field with a couple of soccer balls for the kids to run and chase around. The chocolate is pretty good. You can buy a lunch and sit under the sun and relax.

We had heard from friends about this place so thought we'd check it out on our travels. The place was crowded with lots of families with young children and what seemed like a bus full of Japanses Tourists. Many had language issues when trying to purchase items, this was hooding most service counters up, exasperating the queues of customers. We... More

Well, the drive out there was ok, and the setting was good. Great views of surrounding hills. Inside there was plenty of Chocolates and people. The Food Ordering at counter was a bit tedious for my group of 4 Adults and 4 Children. And, they did mix up the Pizza Order.

Often when you visit country attractions you are disappointed... not here. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the range of goodies is breathtaking. A good cafe ... you must have a hot chocolate! And you can watch the products being made! Really worth the visit!
