We visited Cloudehill on a scorching summers day. Enjoyed a tasty fresh lunch at the restaurant, which was packed, booking recommended, then ventured down into the gardens through a series of garden rooms., each one different and all lovely. There are quite a number of stairs. The summer perennial border was ablaze with colour, the plants standing up amazingly to... More

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in these beautifully presented enchanting gardens. We came here with a group of friends on 31 Dec 2016 to see the MacBeth performance of OzAct Outdoor Theatre Company. Cloudehill custodians Valerie and Jeremy are a very friendly helpful couple and the gardens are simply getting better every time we come to visit. The experience of meandering... More

We started with a cuppa up in the seasons resturant, over looking the lovely gardens. Spent a wonderful time wandering from room to room in a well kept garden and a must for any keen gardener.

Have been here before and gardens have been stunning. A bit in between seasons and some garden beds still being planted out. Was also lightly raining but umbrellas are provided, and we pretty much had the entire garden to ourselves! So many beautiful changing tree colours and blubs still in flower. Will return as have become members.

I last went, about this time of year, 6 years ago. The gardens were breathtaking. Not a weed to be seen. Flowers everywhere and no bare earth at all. I don't know who is in charge now that diggers have taken over but they should be banned from gardening. Where each room used to make you just stop and stare... More

The lunch was as always exceptional and with the added view of the gardens made it special for our visiting friend. The garden walk was very interesting with many rooms of garden themes. Quite a number of up and down stairs but still able to do with ease.

What a beautiful place this is. Well worth the $10 entry fee. The gardens have well established tall trees which give it a beautiful contrast in both texture and colour to the annuals and flowering plants below. From beautifully manicured to rambling bluebell meadows, it is a feast for the eyes. We followed it up with a delicious lunch at... More

If you have limited time, then Cloud Hill is the one not to miss. A fantastic cool climate garden with fantastic garden Rooms. Also, go to the adjoining private garden (donation required) and quietly walk through the tracks, we saw 5 or 6 Lyre birds in this area.
