We visited the site and on entrance thought that the factory would be far more than we received based on the entrance fee. Overall a lot of the factory tour items weren't working and it's a self guided tour however the main information video about how the chocolate is made is at the start and not a lot of room... More

Visited the Chocolate factory on our way back from Philip island. The entrance to the shop looked nice but the rest was nothing special. The food is pretty average; what you would get at any cafe in Melbourne; but prices are expensive. This place is more like a gimmick to catch tourist who visit Philip Island. Would not recommend to... More

I went with two 9 year olds and one 5 year old and we had a great time. The tour had a wide range of things to do and see and it took us about an hour to do. The kids favourite activities were the side show and the design your own chocolate machine. I was concerned about the cost... More

Nothing amazing here! The product is okay and the display was far too expensive to even consider a look. Better things to do!

We were so excited to visit this chocolate factory, it is now called Panny's chocolate factory. We were most surprised to see the board outside advertising curry for lunch....so we approached somewhat dubiously! The tour prices are ridiculously overpriced $17 adults and $11 children.....really??...and it was not even taken by a tour guide...thankfully we did not partake of this. Nor... More

We found that this attraction was very expensive for our budget. The product for sale was also expensive.

On Phillip Island, good way to spend a couple of hours. You can make your own chocolate, very busy wit tour buses. Enjoyable.

We came here with our kids and did the chocolate tour. We enjoyed our time here as there were interactive displays and a games area where you can test your skills and win balls that you can swap for chocolate at the end of the tour. It is a bit pricey to get in ($50 per family) but your ticket... More

We stopped here for a coffee and look around. The Cafe was really quiet, yet it took ages to get our drinks. The scones came with a packet of jam and canned whipped cream, which was disappointing. The staff seemed bored and were not very friendly. This place could be so much better than it is.
