Nice view, but for paddling boats they are receiving just cash, no pos, so the kids were unhappy :( No place nearby to redraw cash, the nearest one was 20 minutes walk.

Most parks/ reserves like this have free parking however not the case here, I’m guessing because it sits at the Puffing Billy railway . $6 all day parking , machine takes cash or credit card which is handy . Great place for a picnic ,...More

It was pretty gloomy when I went there but the walking tracks were lovely and I had the place virtually to myself when others returned on the Puffing Billy. Great for bird (or even bunny) spotting. Lots of picturesque views to take photos of too....More
