The Quarantine station is well worth the visit it shows where immigrants where quarantined in the early days. A large number of original buildings exist.

We did the Historic Tour and it was very interesting & enjoyable. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable & shared some great insight into Sydney's early years as a settlement.

Historial site that is well preserved, very interesting and well displayed. Lots to see and read. In particular the 'graffiti' fro times past is fascinating.

It's a bit of a trip on public transport but was worth it. The tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. The views are amazing and I learned a lot about Sydney history. I want to go back and explore the tunnels.

Good to see an learn what was done to avert from having an epidemic in the colonies. Interesting to see how this was managed.

Interesting window into the history of quarantines and what happened as ships, and planes, arrived here in the past. Would make a good day trip from downtown Sydney, but go early as the ferry boats don't all stop here. Can stop at Manly and take...More

Billed as a historical place, I find this place a bit over-rated. All the cottages and buildings may have some historical significance but there is nothing remarkable about them. There is lot of greenery though and some spots in the premises offer a great view...More

A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take
you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches
here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the
day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is
a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the
Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are
plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent
cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants

Ferries leave from Circular Quay in Sydney to the Manly Pier, you can walk to the Quarantine station from the Manly Wharf but it is a fairly steep 40 minute walk.
