This is a very interesting museum. The headsets you receive allow you to be self guided and listen to as much of the complete songs of the period by various artists. Well worth the admission

Visited this museum with my husband and had a good time...learned a lot about the begging of Soul and Rock music....love the story for the WDIA radio station and the one that was only women.

What a great treasure! The audio portion of this museum is fantastic! Great historical photos and facts, as well as “jukeboxes “ where you could listen to many old songs. We really enjoyed it and could have easily stayed for another hour or two!

The museum was very educational and a great glimpse at Memphis Music History. The only thing I could say negative is sometimes it was difficult to locate exhibit numbers for the displays, as we listened to the headphone recordings. Otherwise,I highly recommend it....
