Went to Ice Factor as a surprise present and loved every moment. Our instructor, Aidan, was great and looked after everybody and we were up climbing confidently the big wall in what felt like no time. Would definitely recommend!

Had an excellent 2.5 hours on the ice wall. Felt 100% safe and secure the whole time and we were taught a variety of different climbing techniques. Aidan was friendly, informative, funny and encouraging when someone became self doubting - thank you!

Super nice beginners course. Instructor Aidan was very helpful and motivating. Be sure to wear warm enough clothes. It is colder than you might think.

If you just want to climb, you can turn up and pay. I’d say if you wanted to participate in one of the instructed sessions, it would be safer to book.

Sorry not quite sure what the question is, I didn't mention breakfast in my review , I spoke mainly about the facilities themselves, having the cafe there is a bonus, it is an amazing place well worth the visit
