This had to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived the very young shop assistant had a surly face and disposition. First we had to ask 3 times if they served sandwiches before we got answer. I asked if possible to try the salted caramel chocolate as I wanted to buy a few... More

Wow! Just wow. How to end a diet in spectacular style! Warm and welcoming shop that just drips decadence. We didn't stop in for drinks, but had a quick look at the stationary, cards and knick knacks for sale before heading straight to the back of the shop for the main event..... I've not really got a sweet tooth but... More

Lovely chocolate shop with cafe and ice cream facilities. Did not stop for hot drinks but we did but some Cholestid and toffee mice which ere maxing. Staff were friendly and I absolutely loved the giant chocolate lobsters which looked fab. Great gift selection and high quality tasty treats. Also sell some retro sweets.

All looks very beautiful inside the shop. Handmade local chocolate and other gifts are attractively displayed, and most seem reasonably priced. Best seat is comfortable sofa near window that looks out directly on to picturesque harbour. Had hot chocolate and cake on earlier visit. Cake was OK but a bit pricey and hot chocolate was lukewarm and not very chocolatey!... More

It was a grey, damp day on our visit to Tobermory, and we were looking for somewhere nice to have a hot drink. As we entered the shop, a couple were leaving and the lady commented "it's dangerous in there!"... She wasn't wrong! I had white hot chocolate and a piece of rocky road, both of which were delicious, while... More

My goodness the homemade chocolates at Tobermory are lush, especially the sea salted caramel. They are not cheap, but they are definitely worth the money and a true indulgence. We were pleased to help this local industry by scoffing a box, and impressed with the rest of the shop which had a great selection of sweets and kitchen related gifts... More

We are somehow driven to visit shops who sell their own chocolate and we really enjoyed this place. They are a cafe as well and are known for their hot chocolate drinks. But we were there to buy Chocolate and we bought lots of it this chocolate is rich, creamy and good with interesting and satisfying fillings. This place is... More

Unfortunately we chose a Wednesday afternoon to visit Tobermory and that is early closing day! However, the Chocolate Shop was open a bit later than other shops and we treated ourselves to a delicious hot chocolate and a piece of traybake. The shop sells lots of interesting local crafts and gifts as well as wonderful chocolate.

It has become a tradition when ever we visit Mull to have coffee and a cake here at least once. Chocs are wonderful and coffee is very welcome on a wet day.
