Living locally, we decided we were long overdue a visit to Biggar museum, to pass some time on a dull Easter holiday afternoon. With Biggar being a smallish town, we weren’t expecting much...how wrong we were. The museum is excellently laid out, with a number...More

A very nice museum and very well laid out. Something for everyone. I liked the Crimean war exhibition the best.

This is a private charity museum and it is absolutely great. It has a bunch of olde shope and the best bit is the telephone exchange where you get to transfer calls from one shope to another. It was absolutly great fun.

This Museum is small but well worth a visit - around 5 pounds to enter. Everything beautiful set out and explained and a great area for hands on for the children.

Upon driving back from Manchester to Liverpool I came across this Museum and to my delight the museum turns out to be extremely cosy. The staff is also extra friendly and I felt very welcomed. I highly recommend the place to anyone and everyone.
