I'm certain that this would have been an awesome experience on a day when it wasn't torrentially raining, as it was the day that we picked to visit. First, let me say that there is an easy to find parking lot right off the road...More

Be prepared to walk a bit to get there. Open primarily as a half-way house for golfers, it shares ground with the ruins of Turnberry Castle. A small cafe, with terrace seating high over the coastline in good weather.

Nice walk up to the lighthouse and enjoyed a coffee on the patio area. Food is available and would have been a nice venue for lunch but had a late breakfast at the hotel . Views stunning.

Went along to see the lighthouse and was totally overalled by the views. The staff in the small restuarant were very polite and service was excellent.. everywhere was spotless especially the toilets. The day we went was slightly overcast but the views were still excellent.
