This is an amazing place to visit, the scenery is unbelievable. There are some great waterfalls nearby near Sheildaig but be careful it's a bit hair raising to get there.

The loch and nearby mountains have high scenic value. The mountains are excellent for hill walking and the general location is great for touring.

What a spectacular view, we were extremely lucky to have been rewarded with a brilliant day with sunshine, stopped over to admire the views on our way after visiting shieldeigh, which in its self quite beautiful and a nice place to sepend the day.

Beautiful views and walks and drives, all the bluebells and rhododendrons were out but too early for the midges! A good time of year to go.

I loved walking through the glen. On a sunny spring day with a light breeze it was just beautiful and the experience was completed when a deer and baby deer walked right past us!

All I can add to other reviews is that we drove down from Kinlochewe to Shieldaig in a blizzard in late April. An experience not to be missed. We know the area well from many previous visits, and never tire of it.

A stunning location, whether you are at the bottom looking up or at the top looking down. Serene in good weather and dark and imposing in bad weather. Either way, I find this area one of the best 'stress-buster' locations around.

This area (the whole Torridon mountains area) is perhaps my favourite place on earth. It is glorious, and I go several times a year and never tire of it! The drive through Glen Torridon, then over to Shieldaig, or round through Torridon village and on...More

Torridon has some of the most amazing scenery at high and low level. Whether you are walking in the valley (with your dog) or climbing Sgurr Dubh or whatever, there is something for all tastes.
