We decided to go here on our way to Inverness from Skye. The walk to the falls through the woods from the car park is nice. When you get to the falls you can see them from the bank but you can also see them from the bridge which goes across to the other side. The bridge is bouncy. This... More

We visited the Rogie Falls as part of a Rabbies tour. Large car park with public toilets, short, well-trodden path down to the falls (not really suitable for pushchairs, and certainly not wheelchairs). This is a lovely place - I love the sights and sounds of water rushing over rocks. There is a bridge over the falls from where you... More

The falls are just a short walk from the car park (where there are public toilets) and are well worth stopping for. Great photo opportunities of the picturesque falls and surrounding areas with the possibility of watching salmon leaping up the falls if you get the timing right.

Its a small scenic falls set a few metres of the road and a short walk from the car park. You can stop by if you are around (we were driving from Inverness to Isle of Skye). Unfortunately, we could not spot the jumping salmons (maybe not the season). It wont take more than half hour of your time and... More

It is not the most spectacular waterfall you might see, but the walking way is very nice and the nature is lovely.

Beautiful setting, you could be forgiven for thinking you had strayed in to Shakespeare's midsummer nights dream. There's a lovely walk through the woods to the falls where not only did i see the salmon jumping for the first time i looked down to the pool at the bottom of the falls and there is a lovely little otter swimming... Did both routes, not to strenuous, the falls are amazing, but the walk through the woods off the path was brilliant for photos, found some fab fungi, only downside was toilets were closed.

Very easily accessible while heading out of Inverness. There is a 5 minute walk from the car park. The waterfall is very beautiful and we were lucky to catch a glimpse of jumping salmon. Worth visiting while doing the NC500

The Rogie Falls are approached via a gravelled path, a bit wet in parts and with some steepish gradients taking a less than agile person 10-15 minutes from the car park, which is busy, but people come and go fairly quickly so on the day we visited, at least, there seemed enough room. Not really recommended for wheel chairs. There... More

About five minutes drive out of Contin towards Ullapool the falls are on the right side of the road and well sign posted. There is a good car park and approx five minute walk into the forrest to the falls. The walk is not too hard with fairly gentle slopes both to and from the falls. As you get nearer... More
