The Caledonian Canal Visitor Center is on the north side of the canal, close to the locks, and a short fun walk upstream from A82. It is a jewel with beautiful architecture and decor. It has a nice gift shop and a wonderful cafe. The...More

This gift shop, cafe with a small but interesting exhibit faces the canal in the center of town. There were lots of Loch Ness souvenirs. I think there was an ice cream shop attached to it too.
