We decided to do this boat trip as hadn't been on the loch for over 50 years. We were picked up at the tourist information centre in Drumnadrochit and driven to Temple Pier, where we boarded the boat. Gordon was our guide and there were also screens giving you information. It was very informative and so nice to be right... More

The guide was local, very nice and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the Loch. Very enjoyable and well worth the money. Sit in the back for the best pictures!

So I was alone, on my own on a business trip. I took the cruise to taste the legend and mystery of Nessie. It is a nice one hour trip in the loch, you hear some stories, background, details and history. Interesting. I'll come back with the kids next year. Save 4 seats please :)

My husband and I visited whilst staying in Drumnadrochit on holiday and could not be more pleased with our experience. We took our two dogs along, luckily there were no ducks aboard this particular day and we all had a lovely tour of the lochness. Our captain was very friendly and informative during the tour and also assisted two ladies... More

Booked excursion day-of at Inverness tourist center, tour was all we hoped for: no frills, nice entertainment, and information about Loch Ness. The boat is small and easy to move around. Actual boat ride was about 30 minutes long, and a great to see Urquart Castle from the water. Waterfowl was a great hit.

A small boat operating from a pier near Drumnadrochit. We were recommended as my wife walks with difficulty and the pick up is from car park at tourist information. This leaves only a few steps to the pier and a step on to the boat. The cruise lasts about 50 minutes and takes in Castle Urquhart and other areas. Quite... More

We drove down to Fort Augustus from Inverness for a Day out with our friends, it was brilliant weather for October so we decided to take a cruise around the Loch Ness, it was about £15 each and was an excellent trip, the boat was very clean with good facilitates, toilets, bar and various view points on the board. The... More

We did the one hour trip on Loch Ness which took us to the centre of the Loch and gave us a great view of the Castle. Terrific views all round the Loch. The skipper/guide was very informative and helpful. We were picked up from the centre of village (information centre) and taken on five minute ride to jetty. Free... More
