It’s a garden and dogs are not allowed so where’s the welcome factor in that! It was a long way to drive for a Diet Coke.

We did not take the tour, but simply popped in for a minute to the shop. Beautiful grounds. Seemed clean with plenty of business. Helpful sales staff and some interesting items for sale. Enjoyed the whisky that we bought.

Good price at £7.50 for the hour whisky tour with two tasting and access to the nice garden. Weather wasn't that sunny but sure it would be beautiful in a good day. A small group for the tour. The shop was great and sales are on now so got a few bargains. We also have discount for the new whisky that isn't on market yet. Very pleased on the day at Glen Grant!

Decent tour, good enough tastings with generous amounts for £7.50. But tasted mediocre, bang average drams. The tour was decent enough with enough knowledge and introduction for a basic understanding of the whisky making process but lacks a real feel of detail. Perhaps due to the Campari company making most of the decisions, people on site have not much knowledge or expertise over their whisky and the whisky making process, a very general but overall decent tour. The place looked nice but was unable to visit the gardens which was extremely disappointing. Was told that the gardens closed at 4.30 by email and when arriving was informed that there was a slot open for an earlier tour. Thinking I'd still be able to walk the gardens after decided to change from a 3.30 tour to the 2.30 tour. After completion was told that the gardens was closed at 3.30 instead of the 4.30 timing which I was previously told of. Ended up wasting my time and money as I had specifically taken a taxi to the distillery so that I could visit the gardens wasting an additional £15. Overall terrible experience, and left a bad end to my whisky tour around Speyside. Wish that the closing times for the gardens were clearly stated and announced.
