We came to the hardware store after visiting the distillery and loved all of the cool one-of-a-kins gifts they had. We thought it was really impressive that you could buy a barrel. The staff loaded it into our truck and was friendly.

This hardware store kept the jack Daniel family going during prohibition. Anything under the sun with the JD logo on it. It's a great place to get a used oak barrel, as they only use the barrels once in production.

Yes, this was opened when whiskey could not be made, however, it was not opened by Jack as Jack had passed away some years prior. It was, in fact opened by Jack's nephew Len Motlow and it was Len who conceived and operated the store. While one can no longer purchase what was sold in the early 1900's hundreds, one... More

This is the store that Jack opened on order to survive the prohibition era, when he couldn't make whiskey. Without it, there would be no JD today. Today, it is the place to buy hats, shirts, and other logo items. Even a dog house!

Cute store that carries anything Jack Daniels you could ever want...except the actual whiskey. All whiskey must be bought at The Distillery because the town of Lynchburg itself is a dry area.

Always have to stop at the Hardware store when in Lynchburg. All things Jack Daniels. I picked up some Jack Daniels BBQ spices and a Field Testers T shirt. If you tour the distillery there is a gift with a $10 purchase and your tour ticket.

Actually, the Lynchburg Hardware and General Store was not what I was expecting. It was more of a Jack Daniels STUFF store. Still, there was a lot to look at and some neat items for sale.

We did the Jack Danial's tour, upon paying for that if you come here you would get a free shot glass w/a 10.00 purchase. They have all kinds of trinkets to shirts, cups, mugs, and just stuff. The best part were the items that were made out of the whiskey barrels themselves. We had seen some stuff in Sturgis S.D.... More
