We really enjoyed the swannery. Got some great pictures of newly hatched chicks. There really is an ugly duckling! They grow up to be beautiful. Being there for the feeding is very cool. My wife and I both got to take part. One of our...More

We've previously visited the tropical gardens and have had the swannery on our list to visit for a while now. We stopped off on Sunday and were fortunate that we arrived near mid-day just as the swans were being fed. The weather was excellent so...More

We went here as part of a multi entry ticket not expecting much. However it was a great morning and we'll worth the visit. The hay bails and go karts won it for the kids.

The Swannery is an interesting place to visit for half a day. There's nothing else like it in the UK but essentially, you're paying a lot of money to look at some swans. The info panels and twice-daily talks at feeding time add to the...More

Great opportunity to see Swans up close, and for kids to get involved in the feeding event (twice daily). Very impressive number of swans. There is a willow maze, which was fun to do, and some go karts for kids to play on. Toilets are...More

I visited the Swannery with my family which included my 2 Grandchildren aged 6 & 3. We enjoyed seeing all the swans and the children enjoyed feeding them. We also enjoyed the Birds of Prey talk and watching the flying display. Although this is a...More

We went on a bit of a rainy day so could have been more enjoyable. The farm is definitely better for the younger children. But in both places the food is absolutely extortionate so I would strongly recommend taking a picnic.

Plenty to walk around and a beautiful setting. The talk during feeding time was interesting and the fact that children were able to get involved with the feeding made it even better.
