Woolacombe had a lovely sandy beach it's lovely and clean, they have some good rock pools too. The carpark was quite expensive. I took the kids to the beach about 3 in the afternoon and left about 5 and it Cost £7

My favourite beach in Devon. Such a vast amount of proper sand to play in when the tides out with plenty of room for all. Nice shallow water to play in just watch your stuff when the tide turns as it comes in quite quick...More
