Large open park ideal for a warm summer's day. Close to the railway station and town centre. Adjacent to the cycle path to Budleigh Salterton. Good range of equipment for children of all ages (play equipment, fallen tree to climb on, large skatepark).

Always lovely to walk in Pearl park which is located out of Exmouth centre towards Withycombe. The park does have some steep inclines. There is a pitch and put course here as well. Play area for kids.

Very shabby park compared to Manor Park. No maps. No details of when the cafe is open. Could all do with a makeover to make it more appealing, attractive and used more.
