Although catering well for the tourist with eats, drinks and boat trips, Brixham Harbour is still the working fishing harbour that it has always been, Not to be missed.

Lots of places to eat, nice little shops to wander around, lovely friendly atmosphere and only a £3 return ferry ride from Torquay, fantastic value.

We really enjoyed visiting the harbour during our stay, whether it was to have look around the Golden Hind, do some shopping or have a bite to eat. It's a vibrant place with plenty to see whatever time of day you are visiting.

Brixham has a lovely harbour with walks at both sides. Plenty of seating to stop and watch the world go by. Always something going on to watch. Also the place to go for the boat trips to Torquay and Paignton. Lovely walk down to it through the town if you have arrived by bus.

Interesting place to visit, its a working fishing port, with boats in and out all day long. A relaxing place to sit and have lunch, whilst watching others work
