Fantastic place, full of character and charm, still a working fishing village, great places to eat and drink. Ferry to Torquay £3 return, good value for money when you go two stops on a bus and it's £2 one way.

There are plenty of seats, bars and restaurants surrounding Brixham harbour and on a sunny day it is nice to sit and relax and people watch.

Relaxing stroll around the working harbour was a pleasure. A truly picturesque English fishing harbour. I think it was one of the first proper working trawler harbours in the 19th century.

Brixham still retains its fishing heritage whilst offering modern facilities. A range of gift shops to suit all budgets and places to eat.

Walked all round harbour which was easily accessible, views all round were lovely, and it felt like a real fishing harbour as many do not nowadays
