We stayed (second visit) at 34 Mount Pleasant Road. A three bedroom rental property. It just gets better and better! Nicely decorated and equipped. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Harbour and even more beautiful at night, plenty of restaurants to choose from, all serving really fresh food, locally sourced too

Went during December, very windy and cold on the sea front. Rather pretty little town that is quite compact and full of history, particularly William of Orange's.

So picturesque, with some great strolling walks around all sides of the harbour. Plenty going on RE boats coming and going even in winter. Very quiet in December but no doubt very different in summer.

Such a lovely peaceful place to stay. Even in November the walks are lovely, restaurants are open and the whole place oozed friendliness. I am definitely going back in the summer.

Lovely harbour area with plenty to see. Everyone, including the fishermen, were welcoming and friendly. Loads of places to eat nearby and shops to visit.

Although lots of shops were closed because there were very little tourists there - although the town was busy and excellent cod and chips, costa coffee and Post Offices in based in the old COOP store

there is always enough to do and don't forget that there is a configuration of resorts along the coast easily accessible by bus including Torquay. there are plenty of exhibitions on year-round not to mention art galleries.

I agree,I first visited Brixham in October. I feared the same thing..... Don't worry, this is a lovely little town anytime. There will be a couple of places that close early, but only because we,as tourists don't visit them... More
