This is a lovely beach very clean and tidy with amazing golden sand. But it's only really accessable by bus or car, and the car park isn't that cheep. But after arriving you wouldn't be disappointed with the location it's spectacular.

Come here quite often as we love it. Fantastic huge beach which is clean and tidy and great for the dogs to run and play. The sand dunes are the best I’ve ever been to. Well worth a visit

Staunton is one of the best Surf beaches in the country, but despite that it is also family friendly, dog friendly and not the pretentious. It has a great little cafe on site which isn’t too expensive considering the captive market and the shop has...More

A lovely wide sandy beach. No one on there at this time of the year except one surfer braving the cold. Must be lovely in the summer time but I should imagine it would be very busy. A beautiful beach.

A great place for a long easy walk. We tramped for an hour along the sand and still hadn't reached the estuary.

Very nice beach. Plenty of sand and space available. The Brauton Burrows are an astonishing sight and worth a bit of an explore.

Dogs are required to be kept on a lead for the first 0.25 mile on the beach - but I only saw a few walkers observing this. The beach is so vast when the tide is out unleashed dogs would be away quickly anyway. Owners are... More

Def not, it's a family beach, there's lots of children's activities, like surfing and Kite flying, think you need to look elsewhere, the only beach I know that does naturalist bathing is Brighton and at Studland Bay... More
