Even though not in a vineyard in sunny France the experience and wine tasting was far superior. A really informative talk on the process by a very passionate wine maker, and the wine was superb, something very different, and really tasty, Well worth the visit and great value for money (both tour and wine)

Brett is brilliant, he took us on a tour of his winery and educated us about the wine process and the skill and technical expertise that goes into making fine wines. I loved his tasting room which over looks his winery and you can buy wine after your tour and tasking. Well worth a visit.

Brett, who makes the wine, gave a very informative and easy to understand, relaxing enjoyable tour. Very environmentally friendly, vegan and local. You almost feel Brett's passion in the air and the best part is you will actually taste this passion at the end. A scent of Wicklow from a small wine distillery, the first of its kind in Ireland. A definite must if you are visiting or passing through Wicklow, the garden of Ireland. Take a bottle or two away with you.

Wonderful tour of a unique young Irish artisan business. This is a small family business with a genuine focus on sustainable production of a high quality product. Co-founder Brett walked us through their sustainable wine making process from start to finish. His tour was relaxed, friendly and informative, and followed by a well organised tasting of their three fruit wines. Wines were available for purchase after the tasting. Happily Brett consciously keeps the tour size small. This makes it easy for guests to see and hear everything up close. Anyone interested in fine wine and sustainable food production will be delighted with this tour. Visitors interested in equipment and the technical aspects (pumping, filtration, fermentation, measuring alcohol levels, bladder pressing, and way more) will love it too. I can imagine Irish Farmers in particular loving the tour as they learn how everything works, and more so when then see how quickly it can all go wrong if shortcuts are taken, or a pump is left unattended. Just like farming! Personally I left with an appreciation of the very long hours of work that it takes to sustainably produce these unique artisan wines. This is a small family business producing a unique and very sustainable product, a business Irish people will be proud to support. I’ll happily go visit again in a few months.

Brett is the owner and wine maker and a very passionate tour operator. I came away with a better understanding and appreciation of the effort and skill that goes into making the 3 wines they sell (three wines I had bought before and loved). A really fun afternoon! Highly recommend it.
